All artboards in Adobe XD only show background after being forced closed while working

Hi

My version of Adobe XD: 20.1.12.4

I was copying some asset from other files to my working files.

Then it was forced closed. Then I cannot open my working files.

After waiting a couple of hours then I can open it but all artboards change to blue (the background) and it keeps crashing if I try to zoom or click the artboards.

My working files on cloud document.

Please advise

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble using Adobe XD. We'll try our best to help you. In order to proceed further, we will need a few more details to investigate like the OS version you're using and the log files from your machine.

Please generate log files using the information provided in this document < How to use the Creative Cloud Log Collector tool > After the files have been generated, upload the files to a shared location such as Creative Cloud, and share the URL with me over a private message.
