All number in xd change to arabic and I can't change duration and delay value properly

all numbers and values in adobe xd turn to arabic, and i am typing in english and my windows language is english too, and i can't change duration and delay vlaues to a decimal number

I'm not able to provide a solution unfortunately here but wanted to add that this issue doesn't appear on Mac. I do believe this is a Windows-related issue.
