All of my public links somehow switched to private ln XD.

All of my public links somehow switched to private 😞

 

The file's share settings still show that the link is public, yet when I view using the "manage link" browser the links say "only you". 

When I click on the link it asks for a password -- but there is none set.

If I try adding a password and clicking "update link" within the file I get an error.

The only way to correct the issue is to create a new file.

 

I have about 30 links and I don't want to have to create new files for all of them -- I would also have to go through design documents and update the links. 

 

My XD is version 28.9.12

 

Any help is much appreciated!

That's strange behaviour. I haven't heard of this before. Would you mind sharing a sample file and a link with us so that we can check at our end? You may upload the file to a shared location such as Creative Cloud or Dropbox and share the url with me over a PM. Are you working in an enterprise network? Which operating system you are working on?
