Artboards missing from cloud document

My artboards are missing from cloud document, it only appears when I select all i.e. (Click ctrl+A) that too in the faded form.Please suggest me the solution regarding  same problem.

    Sorry to hear that you're facing troble using Adobe XD. We understand it could be annoying for you. However, the only workaround is to create empty artboards and copy the content from the pasteboard into the new artboards.
