Assets not visible on shared links

Hello there,

 

I'm having a problem finding the assets on shared links.

For example i marked 3 assets.

But when the link is updated nothing shows (can't find the assets).

 

 

Can someone please advise on how can this problem be resolved ?

    Does your prototype only have one screen?

    Assets will only be visible when you are on the screen, which the assets are on.
    If you don't have assets marked for export on the specific screen you are viewing in the prototype, they will not show up.

    No several screens with diffrent assets (but only colors, characters are showing no assests)

    The assests are marked for export on different screens.

    Will you be able to share the prototype link?

    If it's confidential, you can send it via PM, so I can take a look myself. You can just leave 1 screen with assets marked for export, and generate a link which has the problem.

    Hi Sarah,

     

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please share a few more details like:

     

    1. The version of XD and OS.
    2. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
    3. Will it be possible for you to share more details about the assets with which it's happening? Is it a nested component?
    4. Please ensure that you have marked the Assets to export and also try updating the link once.

    Hello Rishabh,

    Thank you for your response

     

    • The version of XD : 40.1.22.3
    • OS : macOS Big Sur Version 11.2.3

     

    This is happening with multiple files :

    • I can't update new assets to old links (the new assests don't show on the link).
    • I tried creating new files and links but same problem.

     

    As for the assests all the new assests (shapes, images, icons,...) are not updated to the link though it's marked to export.

    I tried updating the link several times but same results.
