I was not able to reproduce this issue at my end

Can you please give me more details on this?

1. Xd version you are using and OS version

2. Is this happening on a specific document or on all documents?

3. Is it possible to share a video of your workflow(just to be sure that we are trying the same steps)

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We already have a bug logged for this issue, the team is working on it and a fix is underway. You should be able to see this issue resolved in the upcoming release.

There is a workaround for this, you can make a small scrollable group with completely transparent content inside the affected scrollable group, at the bottom-most position in the layers panel.
