Hi, I seem to have a problem with the fullscreen function in chrome. In Safari the artboard is displayed fullscreen (FHD) perfectly, but on Chrome it has black bars around the sides.
Any idea what causes this and how to fix it? It appeared a few weeks ago.
Thanks for any input.
My specs:
Chrome version: Version 65.0.3325.181 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Screen resolution: 1920x1080
MAC OS: High Sierra 10.13.3
Adobe XD updated to latest version

Hi !
I've got the same problem with Google Chrome with black bars on full screen. It's just that the browser remembered that I had zoomed 90% on this page ...
I hope that it could help you !

The fullscreen mode displays the artboard at 100%, but no larger. Is the Chrome window larger than the safari one? This would result in black bars.

The Chrome window is exactly the same size as the safari one, same screen same size. I've tested it on other computers on chrome/safari and same issue... Again this happen some time ago and before it was working perfectly.

I just tried to reproduce on Chrome, Safari and Firefox with a 1920x1080 artboard, and got the same result across all, looking like your Chrome screenshot. Have you zoomed in on Safari? (Cmd+0 will reset)

Hi Stuart, I have not zoomed in Safari, prototype displays with no bars perfectly full screen.
Also, correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the idea behind 'full screen' to be really full screen 1:1? What sense are the black bars if I really want to display the prototype in FHD? I vaguely remember something in the release notes about a change related to this. Several months ago I could make a 1920x1080 prototype, go to any browser and use full screen without black bars.
This is what I absolutely need for a realistic prototype when doing user testing.
Thanks for helping me.
