Black screen on workspace area. Unable to see artboards.

Hello, I’m encountering an issue with XD where for some reason I am unable to see any of my art-boards in the workspace, I could only see is a black screen. Attaching a screenshot for the same. This issue is on all files. Could you please help me fix this issue as soon as possible?
