BUG: Losing shortcuts on the XD

I am losing shortcuts, such as CTRL or ALT - mouse wheel - zoom, Space - hand tool, etc. every now and then.

To fix this when it happens, I need to go to the menu and open up CC libraries, and then suddenly shortcuts come back, or close that same window. Somehow that wakes up the system so, that I get my shortcuts back.

I have Win10 computer, Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Yoga 1st gen, 16Gb RAM, Win 10 version 1709, 16299.371

Could you please, fix this ASAP. Pretty annoying bug.

We have logged a bug for this issue. The challenge is to map keyboard for all languages, especially ones that XD does not support.

The only workaround solution we have so far is is to disable switching.

    Thanks,

Are you using a multi-language keyboard? If so, we have heard of this issue from a few users but we haven't been able to reproduce it consistently.

Can you try locking the keyboard using the procedure mentioned in HOW-TO: Stop your Keyboard Language from Changing Automatically on Windows 8 or 8.1 - YouTube ?

The video is for Windows 8 but I am guessing it should work on Windows 10 as well.

    Thanks,

I use Scandinavian and Australian English layout on keyboards.I do change between the keyboard modes, as the Australian keyboard has better shortcuts.

Illustrator and Indesign does not crash because of this. I believe, it should be fixed. Some of my workmates are also reporting this happening on their comps.
