Can no longer load Adobe XD after 20.012 update

Since updating Adobe XD to 20.012, I can no longer open the program. I get a white screen with "Adobe XD" in the top left corner, and then it closes itself with no warning signs or anything. It just wont load at all. I reverted to the previous version but the problem recurred and I can no longer access any of my work. Photoshop seems to be working fine, and my Windows 10 is up-to-date. I am pretty new to Adobe, so I am not sure what to do.

I have the same problem. Will try and shut down and restart.

Adobe recommends these solutions for the white screen issue.

Interestingly the two times I've updated and had the white screen issue all I've needed to do was restart the computer.

Not sure why we get the white screen or how mine is being fixed, but I'm glad I haven't had to go messing with the regedit area or anthing else.
