Can't Access Convert to Outlines

I created a path (border) in XD, then chose Object > Path and Outline Stroke is not there. The only choices are Add, Subtract, Intersect, Exclude Overlap, and Convert to Path. And these are grayed back an inaccessable. I'm very familiar with Illustrator but new to XD. What am I missing?

I can see it (i use latest update on Win 11) . There is shortcut also. Dose it works for you?
