Can't download Adobe XD on windows 10 ver 1607 build 14393.576

although i updated windows to latest version ver 1607 build 14393.576, I still can't download the XD. whenever I try the creative cloud keeps loading apps and nothing happens after. just silent, nothing at all.

Also, can you please go to Settings > System > About and check your System type? What is listed for the system type?
