I've opened a support ticket to help with the issue of not seeing Adobe XD in my Creative Center account. My organization's IT administrator has allowed all Adobe apps on my account, and I can clearly see that Adobe XD is part of my existing allowed apps (within my Adobe account profile section).
My operating system is MacOS 13.4.
Any help is greatly appretiated. Thanks.
Follow up on the above - Adove Support team have simply closed my support ticket, without resolving anything and without any explanation as to how I can resolve this. Frustrating.
