Can't install any plugin

Community Beginner ,
Feb 12, 2019 Feb 12, 2019

I'm trying to install plugins but it's never working. When I try, an alert shows up informing that I'm not connected (in Creative Cloud? But I am).

I'm using Windows 10.

Is this the first time you are trying to install a plugin? Is a new problem?

Have you tried signing out, rebooting your computer and signing back in?

It's not the first time... When I started to use, the problem appeared immediately.

And yes, I've tried to sign out, reboot and connect again, but the problem persist.

One more question:  Are you on a home or an Enterprise network?

Thanks,

A firewall may be the culprit. If you've never been able to download a plugin it may be that your system is restricted. Are you able to reach out to your IT dept?

Hello -- I also have this problem on a Windows 10 machine. I get the error below. I have read/write permissions on the XD folders/files in my system. @Adobe Staff -- Is there another way this could be caused? Someone above mentioned a firewall problem?

It is possible that a firewall or an anti-virus software on your computer is preventing access. Can you try after temporarily disabling them? If you are worried about doing it yourself, you can get in touch with our tech support team using this link Contact Customer Care
