Hi, I have a Windows 10 computer with the anniversery update installed and am trying to open Adobe Experience Design CC. However when I try to open it I get an error message that says "You'll need a new app to open this adbxd". I have tried opening it from the desktop and through the Creative Cloud App neither option works. I was able to run it on a different computer but not on my current PC.

Correct answer djkfjd;alkjs;lj

I somehow fixed the problem by uninstalling creative cloud and XD and reinstalling it if that helps.

hello I just installed XD and have the SAME error.... "You'll need a new app to open this adbxd.helper.app"

I have latest Windows 10

There's NO directory where the executable file resides.

Any advise?

Thanks

yep that worked...(not the answer which shows as the "approved" answer - but the uninstall and re-install option)

thanks!
