Can't open cloud document after update on laptop but not iphone

I can't open the cloud version of my document om my iphone x.

"Update Adobe XD on iOS

This file was created with a newer version of Adobe XD. Tis version of the file format is incompatible. Please upgrade your version of Adobe XD to open this file."

However the appstore says i am up to date with updates. I installed the lasted update of Adobe XD on laptop today so it's the most recent one.

Iphone has version 17.0 which should be the same version.

Hi, everyone! Sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the App Store hasn't pushed our app live yet, even though it was submitted as an update as a part of our launch. It's not something we control, but it should be available shortly.

How long are we looking until the thing goes live, I have a presentation coming up shortly!

Using this app without having a cable plugged in and having to bring my laptop is quite essential!

I just heard from the team that the app just got updated in the App Store! Should be available for you now.

I'm having the same problem on my iPhone 8 plus (with the latest version of Adobe XD installed (version 17.0, build 2903)

I'm using Adobe XD 18.0.12.9 (Starter) on a MacOS system.

A workaround that i've found is connecting the phone to my laptop with a cable and then press "Live Preview" that seems to work. even after removing the cable I can do things.

It is a work around but not what you are wanting to do if you potentially have a dodgy connection port

I would also like to know if you are viewing it in the live preview from Cloud Document.

Hi,

I am having the same problem.

This is the problem. The Mobile App and Desktop App are not synced as they are no longer the same version.

CC App Version - 18.01

Mobile App - 17.01
