Can't record prototype preview

Im using MacOs Big Sur and when I hot record the timer stays at 00:00. The record button blinks but it is not recording anyhting. Can someone please help me solve this issue?

This issue has been fixed. It was solved by going to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Screen Recording > Check box next to Adobe XD. Then, you must restart Adobe XD.
