Can't zoom in/zoom out in Adobe XD

I can't zoom in / zoom out (ctrl + / ctrl -) in Adobe XD. I use Windows. How can I fix this? I need to use zoom in / zoom out to work.

I have that problem when I am swithing to my native keyboard (not english) .Does it works for other Adobe apps?

There's other way

for Zoom in - press CTRL+ SPACEBAR

for Zoom out - press CTRL+ALT+SPACEBAR

see if this works, coz it works for me other than CTRL (+/-)

You can also try Ctrl + Scroll up and down on your mouse or if that doesn't work click Zoom tool Z then ctrl + scroll up and down.
