Can you swap artboards based on screen size?

Hi everyone, I am building a low-fidelity prototype in Adobe XD. Is there a way to make my prototype change from the desktop artboard to the mobile artboard depending on the viewer's screensize?

A​lternately, do you generally create seperate prototypes for desktop size and mobile size?

Hi, usually two separate prototypes are created: one for the desktop and the other for mobile.
