Cloud document not opening

Since this morning, we have one XD cloud design document that nobody can open all the way. Please help. It stays on the connecting screen with the loader just spinning forever (see attached).

If yes, please ensure that all the collaborators are on the latest version of XD. Let us know if you still need any further assistance.
