Coeditng error

Hello Community!

I'm a paid user of Adobe XD (single App plan), and I am sharing my file with my team (which are all free users).

Lately, some of them have been receiving an error message saying they can't edit anymore:

I find this quite weird since we have been working on this document for almost a month and this problem only arose now.

Do you know why this keeps happening?
