Color picker show only black color.

Hello everyone,

I have a problem since the beginning.

The color picker shows only black color, and when I try to sample with it it turn the object that was selected to 0% opacity.

I tried to contact the support team twice with no luck, they didn't find the problem,and said that someone will get back to me, well...I am still waiting.

I included pictures of the summary of the operating system and also what happens on XD

when I try to sample a color.

Does anyone came across such an issue?

Two Adobe agents  tried that with no luck.

The bug is still there.

I already filled a request on Adobe feedback.

You can fill it as bug into Adobe XD Feedback : Feature Requests & Bugs

From my side I can recommend to reinstall Graphics Cards drivers,

I have just try that and it yet it didn't resolved the bug.

Can you please help me find a solution to that.

I really love XD and this problem prevent me from using the software.

If all other program works fine the problem is in XD. Try to reinstall it. if nothing help fill bug here
