Hello, I re-uploaded that video on YouTube and I hope it helps you, the work steps are very simple, instead of getting the plugins from our adobe site, we get the same plugins from another site and install them. You enter that Github page and install that program according to the video, then you restart your device, again according to the continuation of the video, you enter the site where the plugins are, copy the link and run it in cmd according to the guide.
