Complaint Regarding Adobe XD Error 44:63 – Unable to Publish

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have been experiencing with Adobe XD. I am currently unable to publish my design files due to an error message that reads: error 44:63 This problem is preventing me from sharing my work with others, which is affecting my productivity and deadlines.

I have tried basic troubleshooting steps, such as restarting the application, checking my internet connection, and updating to the latest version of Adobe XD, but the issue persists. As a regular user of Adobe products, I expect reliable performance and timely support when problems arise.

Please look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution or workaround at the earliest convenience. If additional details or logs are needed from my side to help troubleshoot the issue, I’d be happy to provide them.

SOLVED (Error 44:63) ADOBE XD
The issue occurs only with new shares, both on the cloud and with local files.
While waiting for Adobe to fix the error, I've found a workaround (for those who urgently need to deliver projects today):
1. Retrieve an old file that had a working link (A), and save a copy with a different name (B)
2. Reopen the original file (A) and delete its content
3. Copy all the artboards from the file that was showing the 44:63 error and paste them into file A
4. Share and update the link
This is a temporary fix for those in a hurry, but please Adobe, fix this error. Thank you.

Just wanted to note this workaround did not work out for me, might be because I use local files and not the cloud.
Also, just wanted to note that in my case, it will not generate a prototype for anything, not new share links or any existing link.

I've been experiencing the same issues with Xd. I've been wasting far too much time trying to troublshoot this issue.

Thanks @Academia.tv292750357m70 for the temporary workaround! I sure hope Adobe fixes this soon!
