Content disappearing while coediting in Adobe XD

In the last week all my XD boards have been glitching a lot- the page will suddenly refresh, and images and text i have added disappears- internet connection is fine- collaborating with other users- anyone know why??

  3. Do you see any error messages, or is the program crashing?
  4. Is this happening at random or when performing specific actions?

2. â€ƒXD info below

3. No error message, the little cloud just has a cross next to it even though the internet connection is good

4. It's happening constantly, trying to upload/add content, and the page suddenly refreshes and it disappears 

5. yes collaborating, and yes similar issues, affecting the whole team

Agree with the comment from the other user, there are no updates available through my cc desktop app, and the issue has become worse after the last 2 updates

Hi Rishabh, Thank you for showing how to update Creative Cloud manually. That seems to have helped, I had the same OS and Creative Cloud Sync versions as the original poster. Thanks for the help and if the problem re-occurs I'll come back to you!

I'm having the same issue, it's unbearable to work this way with everything not syncing and being removed in seconds after placing something. Felt that this issue came up after updating to the latest version. (12.6.3)
