Copy/Paste shape to AI get expended

When a path in XD has inside or outside stoke and are pasted in Illustrator, the results are two path.
When a path in AI has inside or outside stoke and are pasted in XD, the results are one path with fill/stroke

Why? and Is there a way to fix that.

IMHO it depends on stroke outlined mode.

The strokes are not outlined at all...
