Creating a Hover Effect that enters from the left & exits to the right

Hello - 

 

I am trying to get fancier with my hover effects - does anyone know of a way to add a hover effect similiar to how it works in this template (up in the naivgation):

You will notice that a line enters from the left and exits to the right (and vice versa). 

I am trying to create something similar to this effect, but can't figure out a way to have an effect enter from the right and than exit to the left. 

 

Wondering if there is a way to do this?

    Thank you for reaching out. I have checked the link which you have shared. When you look at the animation it's not left to right all the time. For example, if you hover in the reverse order it, would go right to left. I am sure, you must have reached this point easily https://xd.adobe.com/view/5a25538b-62cb-4354-894f-3bfb1175a037-0f76/. 


    For precision and to check if we can get exact replica, I'd like to invite one of our experts @italosan, to check check if he can help with this one?
