Creating an order form.

Is XD the only app I would need to use to build an online T-shirt fundraising order form that allows you to sell fundraising shirts from your own page, that also allows you to track your fundraising goal?

Back story, I am a strictly PS and AI guy, I'm trying to learn the other side of design but I do not know where to start or what classes to take to learn what I need to do.

So any help or a point in the right direction will be greatly appreciated.

No - XD will let you design and create a prototype of your form but it will have no real functionality. You'd need the front-end and back-end built, either by developer or by using off-the-shelf e-commerce code/service.

It may not be practical to learn and do everything yourself, as this is a very large subject. That said, you'd start with learning the front-end, i.e. HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Then you'd need to learn the back-end, e.g. PHP, SQL, Server, etc... There are a plenty of online resources for learning these.
