Design specs publish error

Sometimes I get this error whilst publishing a design spec file for the second time. After pressing the update button this message occurs. Why?

And just for the record:

- No. I don't want to publish a secondary shared link

- No. I have not clicked share private link

- No. I have not re-published a design specs file. I have chosen to update existing file.

Before I check with the product team, do you have a sense of when the last time was when you saw this message?

This happened two minutes prior to me posting the issue. So it was today. As mentioned you have some bugs to sort out cause this occurs randomly. The only pattern I can see to this particular error is that it most often occur the second time I publish, sometimes third. Then it refuses to update and starts messing with errors instead.
