Question

Desktop Preview window resizes very slowly

So I've been using Adobe XD since 2019 and I love it. I like creating prototypes and mockups of apps and operating systems. It's been working like a charm, until recently (after an update). The desktop preview loaded slowly (the app itself was still fast).

Can it be checked, please?

Hi NimaPro,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear that you're having trouble in desktop preview  in XDI'd request if you can share a few more details like:

  1. The version of XD.
  2. The version of Mac or Win  which you are using.
  3. If it is happening with a specific file or multiple files, will it be possible for you to share the file with us?
  4. Is it possible to share a video of your workflow which you are working on so it will be useful to reproduce the issue from our end. Tried to reproduce your issue from our end on latest XD version-41.0.12.11 on Mac 11.2 machine but the Issue was not reproducible, so please share the above mentioned  details.

We're here to help, just need more information.

Thanks,

Chethan

1) XD version 41.0.12

2) Windows 20H2 in MacBook Pro 13" 2015

Intel Core i5-5257U and Intel Iris 6100

    2560x1600 with scaling 150%

3) It's happening in all files, so giving you a file won't be necessary because it'll work fine on your end.

4) Google Drive video
