I had a cloud document open that is shared with others and has co-editing enabled. I am the document owner. I stepped away from my computer for a minute and when I came back I saw the following error:
I received this error once before and selected "Save As..." only for the document not to save and and for my changes to be lost.
What is causing this and how do I prevent it in the future? And is there a better way to restore changes if it manages to Save As... successfully other than copying & pasting those changes in?

I was working on a document in the morning suddenly I got an error like Document Unavailable (Either it was deleted or you can't access it anymore). I wasn't even able to save the document. I was able to see only the close button. Not only this file, but I also organized my files in a folder that too got deleted. https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/issue-saving-xd-file-creative-cloud.html tried these steps as you mentioned but I'm unable to restore all those files. Why is it happening like this? Is there any other way to restore all the files?

Hi, I have checked the link that you provided. But I didn't see my files there. Again the issue happened just now. It's the 3rd time happening like this. Please provide some other solutions to restore the files. And why it is happening again and again. And also I have logged in with the right Adobe ID.
