Downloading high quality assets

Hi guys

 

Shared my design to developers but there have issues with the quality of the assets like icons and pictures, after downloading the assets the quality is not good.  Does anyone have issues like that and can the community lnform adobe on fixing the issue. Developer should be able to download our assets shared in high quality like the one in design.

    1. The version of XD & OS.
    2. Please share a few screenshots of how the assets look in XD and how it looks when the assets are downloaded.

      First is original icon and second is the downloaded one.

      The first image is vector, second one is probably a .png image, since it is zoomed in and pixelated.

      When you download an image from the web prototype, it is 1x size (the size you see it in at 100% zoom). If it's a .png image, and you try to enlarge it or zoom in on it, obviously it will be pixelated. If you download .svg, it will remain in perfect quality in any size you want to use it. Icons (in most cases) should be exported/downloaded in .svg format.

       

      If you want to export 2x and 3x resolution assets for the icons, you can do that from Xd through Export > Batch, which will export all assets, that are marked for export, from all artboards. In the settings you can choose to export for web or ios, which will generate 1x, 2x and 3x .png assets, that can be used with retina devices.
