Drag possibilities

Hello guys, I prepare my semestral work and one of part of my semester work is application for kids. Simple application, where are kids teaching shapes of letters. They drag the same colored dots. In the case of straight shapes is everthing okay, but circle shapes is problem, like B,C,D and more...Can i also simulate round shapes? Please let me know. I'm sending a preview video and a source file for a better idea of my problem.
