Editable Photoshop smart objects in Adobe XD

Hi,

I have been searching through the community and other forums and can't seem to find an answer to a problem or a work around regarding being able to open smart objects imported from Photoshop in XD.

The reason for this is that the image within the smartobject has to be at 200% double the size of the top layer artboard as i need to export out to be used in an inhouse process. Is there a way? if not would anyone recommend a walk around? many thanks in advance.

IMHO you can import PSD into XD and then edit it in Ps. Did you try it? Can you give more details about your task to understand what you want to do?
