Sorry to hear about the trouble. In addition to what Italosan asked, please share a few more details like:

1. The version of XD & OS.
2. Is this happening with this specific file or multiple files?
3. If the file is on any network folder, please try moving the file to a local drive and then try opening the file.
4. If that doesn't help, please share system logs and the XD file.

To share the file, please add both the files to a shared location like Google Drive or WeTransfer and share the link through DM by clicking on my name.
