Error 5718 - Something went wrong

I'm using the latest version of adobe Xd (36.0.32) and just today, again, I encountered the error 5718 when launching the app. I can't seem to use it anymore.

Troubleshooting done:  

1. uninstall, re-install app

2. settings > app > refresh, reset

Could you please try creating a new user profile(https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-a-local-user-or-administrator-account-in-windows-10-20de74e0-ac7f-3502-a866-32915af2a34d) and check if you are able to launch the app there? If it still doesn't work, please share the logs asked in this discussion: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/error-5719-while-opening-adobe-xd/m-p/11416075?page=1#M36298

Having the same issue, pop- up of Error 5718 after I updated OS. Adobe support told me this is a known issue with Window OS 20H2. Microsoft change a file type (fix) and it is no longer working. The rep said they are working with Microsoft but there are no known fixes. The bug case number at Adobe is XD-124837.
