error : 86 , cant able to open my Adobe Xd offline file. but i can able to open other files. i think my file is crashed. i want to open that file , but its not opening , can anyone give me sollution.please its urgent and important.

    Hi @Pankaj5CC7, thank you for sharing the screenshot which made it possible for me to find https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error86-creativecloud.html if you haven't tried the methods there, I'd suggest trying them first there. Hope this helps!

      I see, as it's suggested in some other conversations, you might want to collect the system logs and share with @HARSHIKA_VERMA with the tool log collector: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html
