Error 86 - This is not a valid XD ocument

I'm facing an issue with a particular adobe xd file where I get this error when trying to open it. Already tried creating another user on my mac, and didn't work, tried downloading the previous versions from google drive, and didnt work, can't find them on adobe cloud... so, i'm getting desperate here.

Help, please?

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Will it be possible for you to share the file and system logs so that we can check it on our end? To share the file & logs you can add both the files to a shared location like Google Drive and share the link through private message by clicking on my name. I'll try my best to assist you.
