Hi, can someone help me with this urgent matter I need to address for my work submission.
While I was working on a cloud XD document suddenly everything froze and I got a pop up saying connecting, that went on for a long time. So I closed it and reopened for it to say the same connecting thing.
Then I restarted my Mac and tried to open the cloud XD again, but this time it straight away gave me an error code : 87, saying, This is not a valid XD document.
Please help me on how to address this issues, else I will miss my deadline.

Hi,
on the first look it seem like that in the middle of editing of the Cloud document something with your computer went wrong and Auto-save did not engage in time. If you have lost your XD files, you will have to recreate them or restore the file from a Backup you hopefully have. I am hoping that there is a better answer that I am not aware of. Hope that helps.
