Error- Can't verify Subscription status in XD.

Ok, I think I have tried about everything suggested, but my Adobe XD just won't start. Photoshop and other apps work fine, only XD 'Can't verify your subscription status'. Steps taken:

 

- Re-installed App

- Turned off Internet Time Sync

- Restarted Credential Manager

- Verified access to the activation servers

- turned off firewall and anti-malware

 

Nothing....

I really need XD as my client is expecting a wireframe, but I exhausted all steps I could find. Anybody??

Hi, I got the same problem. And I followed the instructions but the error still the same. What's wrong with it? I just got this issue after my OS upgrade from win10 to win11... QQ Pls kindly help to resolve it

, it seriuous impact my project and made my project delayed.
