Hi

 

Im trying to publish a file from adobe Xd, but Im getting a sync errror. I can open and save files to and from the cloud, but cant publish as its greyed out. When I check Creative Cloud under the cloud icon it says "File Syncing up to date", but under that there is an error, "Libraries sync error, Sorry we couldnt connect to the server". I followed instructios here https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-cannot-connect-to-server.html but the link that is provided results in this error "

 Im using XD on two different machines and Im wondering could this be causing the problem. Also on one machine Im behind a company firewall.

Hi Ivan,

 

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the steps shared below:

 

  1. Sign out XD and Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App.
  2. Close CoreSync and All Adobe related processes from the Task Manager/Activity Monitor.
  3. Reboot the machine.
  4. Sign back in on the Creative Cloud Desktop app and launch XD from there.

 

Let us know if you are able to publish the prototype. In case if this doesn't help, please share a few more details like:

 

  • The version of XD and OS.
  • Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
  • Are you on private network or an enterprise network?
  • Does changing the network helps?
