Error: "Installation Failed"when trying to install XD

I have purchased full CC pack. Not able to install XD. Tried several times. Followed all suggestions. "Installation Failed" is the only message it throws. Not sure of the issue. Any help?

Could you please try downloading XD from here: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/get-started.html?
