Error while launching the app

Hello, I have Adobe Experience design on my Windows 10 computer and it worked well after installation. But right after a shutdown or a reboot and when I try to launch the app again, it gives me an error. This happened twice already. The first one I uninstalled and installed it and it worked after that, then after a reboot it doesn't work again. Please help me!

Sounds like something weird might have happened with your install. I'd suggest removing everything related to XD using the CC Cleaner tool, then launching Creative Cloud again and then reinstalling.
