Export XD for Outlook

How do you prepare an XD file for emailing? Does XD require another app or a developer to write code before the files can be shared via Microsoft Outlook?

Yes, you will have to take your designs into another tool to create the HTML template that you will use for your email/newletter. FYI: Adobe XD is a dead product, so you would be best served to learn another design tool.

I would not recommend trying to send HTML emails out of Outlook. It is not designed for bulk mailing of marketing materials. You would be better served looking to utilize an email service provider (ESP) ranging from basic services like Mailchimp and Constant Contact, to enterprise level solutions like Hubspot and Marketo from Adobe. There are a ton of options and most will allow you to not need a developer as email coding is not as clean as coding web pages.
