Exporting directly from XD for screenshots in app store

Hi:

Ive developed an app to which now is ready for the app store. Designed in XD. the screenshots are exporting at 414x736, when I selected to design for 8plus screen. The app store needs them at 1242x2208.

Solution to get my screens to the right sizes?

Export the assets from XD by pressing CmdE (Mac) or CtrlE (Win). Then, set “Designed at” to “1x,” and select “iOS.” You should get the correct size assets labeled as “@3x”

I tried that but for some reason, 3x is 414x736 and the 1x and 2x are smaller, like it makes smaller versions instead of increasing. is that maybe a settings issue?

What you describe is exactly what would happen if you had selected 3X for the designed at size. See if your settings are the same as this:
