February update - XD does not open

I just did the February update of Adobe XD and now it does not open.

It starts, but does not load the inteface and then closes.

How can I fix this problem? Is it possible to go back to the previous version?

I use Windows 10 64 bit.

Correct answer Haqwin

I did 1-4, restarted and unstalled XD. Now i got it up and running!

So there was no need to uninstall the Visual C++ Redistributable packages

I have the same on another computer and will try to narrow down the fix there tonight

Some more feedback, the steps I used to get back on track on my second computer:

1. Uninstall XD

2. Close Creative cloud

3. Delete temp files below %temp%\CreativeCloud

4. Log off and on again

5. Re-install XD and all starts as it should again

Hi,

Using the Administrator user XD acknowledges the installation and I can use it as shown below.

When I switch to my user, XD does not appear installed, as the images show.

So I can not re-start step 1:

1. Uninstall XD

But I did the other steps and lastly I tried to install the XD. It does not complete installation, goes up to 4% and does not advance.

But XD is already installed on the computer and can be accessed with the Administrator user profile.

Same. XD crashes immediately after starting. Doesn't matter if you start the app itself or open a .xd file.

Can you confirm the version? There was a release early today.

I unplugged the XD and used the Cleaner tool. I installed it again but the problem continues. White window and close after. Creative Cloud is upgraded to the latest version and I tried to install the latest version of XD 16.0.2.
