Question

Flows are Excluding Artboards

I need help.

After building a Flow, after working on it, developing new artboards, the Flow suddenly starts excluding artboards.  And the only way to get them back into a single FLOW has been to copy them into a new Flow.  However, it BREAKS ALL EXISTING LINKS BETWEEN ARTBOARDS, which have to be reestablished, which is becoming extremely time-consuming, as the number of artboards increase.

Can anyone help solve this issue?

Much appreciate any and all suggestions, but more appreciate of the right solution 🙂

Hi there,

We're so sorry for the delay in response. Please ensure that all the artboards are connected directly or indirectly to home artboard. If it still doesn't work, please share a few more details like:

  1. The version of XD & OS.
  2. Is this happening on a specific file or multiple files?
  3. Please share a screenshot of how the design looks in Prototype mode.

We're here to help, just need more information.

Regards

Rishabh

I called Adobe xd Support and got it resolved.

Here's the solution:

- Go to DESIGN mode.
- Click OUTSIDE the artboards, onto the GRAY CANVAS.
- Click SHARE.
- Click CREATE LINK, on the RIGHT SIDE PANEL.

DONE!!
