Hi,

When I want to do a quick user test and show my prototype via the Xd app on my phone, all the icons that I used from the Font Awesome library are not shown. They are shown as blocks.

Is there something I can do about this?

Regards,

Rogier

Hi Rogier,

Sorry for the delay in response. While previewing the prototype on the XD mobile app, when possible, fonts are sent to your device when you preview on mobile. However certain font vendors do not allow for the transfer, display, and distribution of their fonts. If the required font is not present on your device, you get an alert message. The missing fonts are substituted with available fonts so please install the fonts on the device. For more information, please refer to this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/xd/user-guide.html/uk/xd/help/preview-mobile.ug.html

Regards

Rishabh
