Font color switches to white when I change it to black

Hello I am new to XD and I am currently working on a wireframe, I am trying to add text but every time I try to change my font color to black it changes back to white on its own..does anyone know why this could be happening???

    Hi Crystlem,

    We regret for the inconvenience, It would help us better if you could also share a video of how you are performing this action, OS information, XD version along with the XD file if you could.

      Hi Crystle, 

       

      A warm welcome to the XD family. Happy to have you.

      This issue seems to be new to us. We tried this at our end but couldn't create this.

      Could you provide a video of the same so that we could check what exactly the issue is and we could you guide you accordingly? Also, kindly check if this issue is specific to a file or happens with all the files. It would help if you could also update us with the OS details and XD version (Click on the XD icon on the status bar > About XD)

        Hello, thank you for your reply...I am currently running XD version 24.4.22.1 on OS version 10.15.1 I have tried to do the project from scratch and it is doing the same thing. 

         

        I am trying to insert a video but it is requesting a URL and the video is just a screen recording from my computer so I do not have a URL.

        Hi Crystle, 

         

        Thank you for the update. 

        We have a new update that is released today 25.1.12.7, could you check if you are facing the same issue once you update XD. If you are still facing the same issue, you could share a video link from google drive or one drive and also the XD file.
