Fonts when moving between Mac and Windows 10

Hi,

Running into another issue with XD files moving from my designer (on a Mac) to myself on Win10.  In one such example, my designer had used the font Barlow Condensed Medium - Google Fonts

As this is a Google font, I've downloaded and installed it on my Windows 10.  However, when viewing the XD document, I get the X fonts are missing dialog box at the bottom of my screen.  When I look further, I see the font is called Barlow Condensed while the style is Medium as sent by my designer.  The issue appears to be, that on Windows the font name is Barlow alone, and the style becomes Condensed Medium.  Manually I can change this and save out, however it becomes a time sink when I need to go through an entire design to check what the fonts actually were.

Is there a recommended method of moving between operating systems with XD files?  Previously my designer had used Photoshop alone where this was not an issue.

Thanks for your time,

-Tim
